The Federation for International Geo-Engineering Societies (FedIGS), of which ISSMGE is a member, is seeking nominations for the following Joint Technical Committees:
- JTC 1 – Natural Slopes and Landslides
- JTC 2 – Representation
- JTC 3 – Education and Training
- JTC 4 – Environment and Sustainability.

The BGA is able submit up to two nominations from their society for each of the four JTCs, which will be forwarded to the selection committees for the JTCs.
Interested BGA Members should make a submission by email to bga@ice.org.uk.
The submission should include a brief cover note for each nominee explaining why they are suitable for the role and a brief C.V. Unfortunately there is a short deadline, and all nominations must be submitted to the BGA by no later than midnight on Wednesday January 24th 2024.
