The deadline for the submission of the application has now been extended to Tuesday 2nd January 2018.
Entrants should be under 33 years of age on 31st December 2018 and a member of either the British Geotechnical Association or the Institution of Civil Engineers.
Following selection, the finalists will present their papers on 28th February 2018 to an audience at an event hosted by the North West Geotechnical Group and ICE North West in Manchester, including a panel of up to four judges who will select the winner.
