Call for Cooling Prize Papers

The 2016 Cooling Prize will be held in Cardiff on the 10th March.  The competition is now open for entries.

The 2016 Cooling Prize will be held in Cardiff on the 10th March.  The competition is now open for entries.

Young Geotechnical Engineers are invited to submit papers by 29th January 2016. Papers are to be of less than 2000 words. Entrants should be under 30 years of age on 31st December 2015. Following selection, the finalists will present their papers to a panel of three judges who will select the winner. Prizes include a cheque for £200, BGA sponsorship to the 25th European Young Geotechnical Engineers’ Conference, publication of the winning paper, a cut glass decanter and much more.
