Deadline for Paper Submissions for Geo-Resilience 2023 Conference

Geo-Resilience 2023 is the third in a series of biennial conferences organised by the British Geotechnical Association (BGA). It will take place in Cardiff on 28-29 March 2023.

Paper submission – Deadline 12 December 2022

Authors who have had a paper accepted must submit the paper by 10.00am (GMT) on Monday 12th December to be considered during the review process

Abstract submission is still open

When an abstract is submitted, a response will be received within one week. The deadline for full papers in 10:00 on Monday 12th December 2022.

Abstracts will be accepted under the following themes:

  • Resilience-based frameworks and systems in geo-engineering
  • Climate resilience of geo-infrastructure
  • Resilience to geo-hazards
  • Codes and Standards
  • Mainstreaming climate change adaptation for resilient geo-assets
  • Community engagement in geo-resilience
  • Hazard, vulnerability and risk for resilient geo-assets
  • Zero net carbon initiatives related to geo-engineering
