BGA ECG x BTSYM Sustainability Training Session 3

Past event: Please note this event information is displayed for informational purposes only.

Introduction

The BGA ECG will be running three sustainability training sessions. Each one will focus on different project stages from Concept/Outline to Design to End of Life. Each session will consist of two 20 min presentations followed by 1 hour long activity. The activities will consist of working in groups to identify the sustainability considerations at each stage of a fictitious project.

It is strongly encouraged to attend all 3 sessions and at least one session in person.

This 3rd session will include:

  • A presentation on sustainability and environmental considerations during the handover of the M42 Highways project.
  • An interactive activity where teams need to identify challenges one might encounter during the maintenance of environmental requirements (e.g. re-planting!)
