The BGA Annual Members Dinner is a prestigious occasion which brings together our members for an evening of fine food, socializing and networking. It will be held in the Smeaton Room at One Great George Street, a four-domed grade II listed Edwardian building just off Parliament Square in Westminster; the building is the global headquarters of the Institution of Civil Engineers (ICE).
The cost is £120 per person. It is not necessary to nominate guests unless they have special dietary or access requirements. The BGA is not registered for VAT.
Tickets are available from the ICE’s online booking system via a link that will be available shortly. Tickets may be purchased by BGA members and non-members. If you are not an ICE/BGA member you must register (via the link) before booking and paying for tickets online.
The BGA will offer a number of discounted tickets to members of the BGA’s Early Career Group to allow them the opportunity to network with leading industry figures.
To give as many members as possible the opportunity to join the BGA at this prestigious event, companies will be restricted to purchasing one table for 10 persons initially with the option of requesting a second table if demand allows. In the event of over-subscription applicants will be placed on a waiting list and advised as soon as possible if further places/corporate tables become available.
Guests will enjoy a complimentary drinks reception, followed by a three-course dinner.
The BGA are delighted to confirm that the President of ICE, Mr. Ed McCann will attend the occasion and deliver a short presentation. Event details:
