Result of 2018 Elections to the BGA Executive Committee
Following the call for nominations, the British Geotechnical Association (BGA) held an election for the three places available on the BGA Executive Committee from June 2018. The election process was managed in behalf of the BGA by Electoral Reform Services (ERS).
Six candidates stood for election:
- Matthew Coop
- Christopher Gough
- Seamus Lefroy-Brooks
- Yue (Echo) Ouyang
- David Waring
- Hugo Wood
The BGA announces that the following three candidates have been elected to serve a three-year term on the BGA Executive Committee from June 2018 to June 2021.

- Hugo Wood
