The July 2026 issue of Ground Engineering is available online

The July 2026 issue of Ground Engineering is available on line. Online access to Ground Engineering (GE) is included in BGA subscriptions.

The July 2026 issue of Ground Engineering focuses on the use of piles for retaining walls with site visits to The Rother Tidal Walls – East project, One North Quay in London’s Canary Wharf and a report of the use of Groundforce Shorco’s props at 30 Marsh Wall.

This issue also explores the case for geopolymer resin injection to stabilise pipes in subsiding ground and the use of vitrified clay jacking pipes as a resilient solution.

Staying on the water theme, David Wright of Stuart Wells talks about his part in the Environment Agency’s introduction of the RPS 368 for water abstraction.

In addition, this issue also includes a technical paper on the subject of the evolution of the Standard Penetration Test energy ratio.

There is a talking point from Helen Perry-Smith on recent developments in PPE for women and a Q&A with Richard Lane, a director of Drift Services Group.
