The March 2024 issue of Ground Engineering features profiles of the top 20 most inspiring women working in ground engineering today as nominated by their peers.

On top of this, it features reports on earthworks trials on a former Derbyshire opencast colliery site, and groundwater management at the Silvertown Tunnel project in East London.

This edition also includes an interview with Rankine Lecturer Lidija Zdravković, an industry view piece on imposter syndrome experienced by women, a skills and courses feature on routes into the ground engineering industry, and part two of a technical paper on reinforced soil design with polymer strap reinforcement.
