The March 2025 issue of Ground Engineering features profiles of the 20 most influential women in the ground engineering sector today. This issue also includes an interview with Rankine Lecturer Kenichi Soga on leveraging distributed sensing, along with industry views on fibre optic sensing technology for a circular economy and the role of the ISSMGE Young Members Presidential Group.

It also features industry analysis on closing the gap for women in on-site construction roles and apprenticeships as an alternative route into the ground engineering industry.
