The 50th Cooling Prize Competition was held in at the Institution of Civil Engineers in London on 5 March 2019 and was won by Harry Postill of Loughborough University for his paper and presentation on Clay cut slope deterioration, climate change and maintenance. Further details can be found here.

At the end of the event there was a gathering of more than 25 Cooling Prize winners, pictured here with Dr Christine Cooling and Professor John Burland.
